Ps. 91:13,14,2
Justus ut palma florebit sicut cedrus Libani multiplicabitur: plantatus in domo Domini: in atriis domus Dei nostri. (T.P. Gloria Patri. They that are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of the house of our God.(P.T. Alleluia, alleluia) (Psalm) It is good to give praise to the Lord: and to sing to thy name, O most High. Glory be to the Father. The just shall....

Per Dominum nostrum. Stand by us, O Lord, while we commemorate blessed Nicholas, Thy Confessor, and humbly pray that by his merits. this Thy friend may assist us who dare not rely on our own. Through Christ our Lord.
I Cor. 4:9-14
Brethren, we are made a spectacle to the world, and to angels, and to men. We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ; we are weak, but you are strong; you are honourable, but we without honour. Even unto this hour we both hunger and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no fixed abode; And we labour, working with our own hands: we are reviled, and we bless; we are persecuted, and we suffer it. We are blasphemed, and we entreat; we are made as the refuse of this world, the offscouring of all even until now. I write not these things to confound you; but I admonish you as my dearest children.
Ps. 36:30-31
Os just medutabitur sapientiam, et lingua ejus loquetur judicium. The mouth of the just shall meditate wisdom: and his tongue shall speak judgment. The law of his God is in his heart, and his steps shall not be supplanted.
Ps. 111:1
Alleluia, alleluia.  Beatus vir, qui tenet Dominum: in mandatis ejus cupit nimis. Alleluia.   Alleluia, alleluia.  Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord: he shall delight exceedingly in his commandments. Alleluia.
Lk. 12:32-34
In illo tempore: Dixit Jesus discipulis suis: Nolite timere, pusillus grex, quia complacuit Patri vestro dare vobis ewgnum. At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: Fear not:, little flock, for it hath pleased your Father to give you a kingdom, Sell what you possess, and give alms. Make to yourselves bags which grow no old a treasure in heaven which faileth not: where no thief approacheth, nor moth corrupteth. For where you treasure is, there will your heart be also.
Ps. 20:2-3
In virute tua, Domine laetabitur justu, et super salutare tuum exsultabit vehementer desideerium animae ejus tribuisti ei. (T.P. Alleluia)   In Thy strength, O Lord, the just man shall joy, and in Thy salvation he shall rejoice exceedingly: Thou hast given him his heart's desire. (P.T. Alleluia).
Grant, we beseech Thee, almighty God, that the offering we humbly bring may be pleasing to The in honor of Thy Saints, and cleanse us alike in body and is soul. Through our Lord.
Common Preface
Cum quibus et nostras voces ut admitti jubeas, deprecamur supplici confessione dicentes:      It it truly meet and just, right and for our salvation, that we should at all times, and in all places, give thanks to Thee, holy Lord, Father almighty, eternal God, through Christ our Lord: through Whom Angels praise Thy Majesty, Dominations worship, Powers stand in awe: the Heavens and the host of heaven with blessed Seraphim unite, exult and celebrate and we entreat that Thou wouldst bid our voices also to be heard with theirs, singing with lowly praise:
Lk 12:42
(T.P. Alleluia)   Amen I say to you, that you, who have left all things and followed Me, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall possess life everlasting.(P.T. Alleluia)
We beseech Thee, almighty God, that we who have received heavenly nourishment, may thereby, at the intercession of blessed Nicholas, Thy Confessor, be defended against all adversity. Through our Lord.
