Ps. 138:17,1-2
(Psalm) Domine, probasti me, et cognovisti me: tu cognovisti sessionem meam. Gloria Patri. Mihi autem...   Thy friends, O God, are made exceedingly honorable; their principality is exceedingly strengthened. (Psalm) Lord, Thou hast proved me and known me: Thou hast known my sitting down and my rising up. Glory be to the Father. Thy friends....
Da nobis, quaesumus, Domine, beati Apostoli tui Thomae solemnitatibus gloriari, ut ejus semper et patrociniis sublevemr; et fidem congrua devotione sectemur. Per Dominum nostrum. Give us, O Lord, we beseech Thee, a share in the glory of today's festival of Thy blessed Apostle Thomas; and grant that we may be uplifted by his patronage and drawn with fitting devotion to equal him in faith. Through our Lord.
Commemoration of Advent
O Lord, we beseech Thee, stir up Thy power, and come, and with great might succor us: that by the help of Thy grace that which is hindered by our sins may be hastened by Thy merciful forgiveness. Who livest and reignest.
Eph. 2:19-22
Fratres: Jam non estis hospites, et advenae: sed estis cives sanctorum, et domestici Dei: superaedificati super fundamentum Apostolorum et Prophetarum, ipso summo angulari lapide Christo Jesu: in quo omnis aedificatio constructa crescit in templum sanctum in Domino, in quo et vos coae dificamini in habitaculum Dei in Spiritu.   Brethren: You are no more strangers and foreigners; but you are fellow citizens with the saints, and the domestics of God, Built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone: In whom all the building, being framed together, groweth up into an holy temple in the Lord. In whom you also are built together into an habitation of God in the Spirit.
Ps. 138:17,18
Thy friends, O God, are made exceeding honorable: their principality is exceedingly strengthened. I will number them, and they shall be multiplied above the sand.
Ps. 32:1
Alleluia, alleluia.  Gaudete, justi, in Domino: rectos decet collaudatio. Alleluia.   Alleluia, alleluia. Rejoice in the Lord, O ye just: praise becometh the upright. Alleluia.
Jn. 20:19-29
Gavisi sint ergo discipuli viso Domino. Dixit ero eis iterum: Pax vobus. Sicut misit me Pater, et ego mitto vos. At that time, when it was late that same day, the first of the week, and the doors were shut, where the disciples were gathered together for fear of the Jews, Jesus came, and stood in the midst and said to them: Peace be to you. And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His side. The disciples therefore were glad, when they saw the Lord. He said therefore to them again: Peace be to you. As the Father hath sent Me, I also send you. When He had said this, He breathed on them, and He said to them: Receive ye the Holy Ghost: whose sins you shall forgive, they are forgiven them; and whose sins you shall retain, they are retained. Now Thomas, one of the Twelve, who is called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. The other disciples therefore said to him: We have seen the Lord. But he said to them: Except I shall see in His hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the place of the nails, and put my hand into His side, I will not believe. And after eight days, again His disciples were within, and Thomas with them. Jesus cometh, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said: Peace be to you. The He saith to Thomas: Put in thy finger hither, and see My hands, and bring hither thy hand, and put into My side; and be not faithless, but believing. Thomas answered and said to Him: my Lord and my God. Jesus saith to him: Because thou hast seen Me, Thomas, thou hast believed; blessed are they that have not seen, and have believed.
Ps. 18:5
In omnem terram exivit sonus eorum: et in fines orbis terrae verba eorum.   Their sounds went forth into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

Per Dominum nostrum. We render Thee, O Lord, the duty of our services, and humbly entreat Thee through the intercession of the blessed Apostle to preserve within us these gifts of Thine, since it is in his honor that we offer Thee the sacrifice of praise. Through our Lord.
