O God, Who hast promised an hundredfold and eternal life hereafter to those who in this world leave all things for Thy sake: grant in Thy mercy that we may follow in the footsteps of the holy Bishop Paulinus, and may come to despise all things of earth and long alone for those of heaven. Who livest and reignest.

epistle
II Cor. 8:9-15
Brethren: You know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that being rich he became poor, for your sakes; that through his poverty you might be rich. And herein I give my advice; for this is profitable for you, who have begun not only to do, but also to be willing, a year ago. Now therefore perform ye it also in deed; that as your mind is forward to be willing, so it may be also to perform, out of that which you have. For if the will be forward, it is accepted according to that which a man hath, not according to that which he hath not. For I mean not that others should be eased, and you burthened, but by an equality. In this present time let your abundance supply their want, that their abundance also may supply your want, that there may be an equality, As it is written: He that had much, had nothing over; and he that had little, had no want.

Ecclus. 44:16,20
Ecce sacerdos magnus, qui in diebus suis placuit Deo. Non est inventus similis illi in gloria qui conservavit legem Excelsi   Behold a great priest, who in his days pleased God. There was not found the like to him who kept the law of the Most High
Alleluia
Ps. 109:4

Lk. 12:32-34
In illo tempore: Dixit Jesus discipulis suis: Nolite timere, pusillus grex, quia complacuit Patri vestro dare vobis ewgnum. At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: Fear not:, little flock, for it hath pleased your Father to give you a kingdom, Sell what you possess, and give alms. Make to yourselves bags which grow no old a treasure in heaven which faileth not: where no thief approacheth, nor moth corrupteth. For where you treasure is, there will your heart be also.

Ps. 88:21-22
Inveni David servum meum, oleo sancto meo unxi eum: manus enim mea auxiliabitur ei, et brachium meum confortabit eum.   I have found David My servant, with My holy oil I have anointed him: for My hand shall help him, and Mine arm shall strengthen him.

Da nobis, Domine, perfectae caritatis sacrificium, exemplo sancti Pontificis Paulini, cum altaris oblatine conjungere: et benficentiae studio sempiternam misericordiam promereri. Per Dominum nostrum. Grant us, O Lord, the following the example of the holy Bishop Paulinus, we may add the sacrifice of perfect charity to the offering of the altar, and by zeal in doing good may win Thine everlasting mercy. Through our Lord.

Preface
The Common Preface
Cum quibus et nostras voces ut admitti jubeas, deprecamur supplici confessione dicentes:      It it truly meet and just, right and for our salvation, that we should at all times, and in all places, give thanks to Thee, holy Lord, Father almighty, eternal God, through Christ our Lord: through Whom Angels praise Thy Majesty, Dominations worship, Powers stand in awe: the Heavens and the host of heaven with blessed Seraphim unite, exult and celebrate and we entreat that Thou wouldst bid our voices also to be heard with theirs, singing with lowly praise:

Lk. 12:42
Fidelis servus et prudens quem constiuit dominus super familam suam: ut det illis in tempore tritici mensuram. This is the faithful and wise steward, whom his lord setteth over his family: to give theme their measure of wheat in due season.
postcommunion(s)
Grant us, O Lord, through these holy mysteries, that spirit of lowliness and love which Thy holy Bishop Paulinus drew from this divine source: and through his intercession pour forth in Thy bounty the riches of Thy grace on all who call upon Thee. Through our Lord.
